The Dumont, Albert Embankment

The Dumont at 26-28 Albert Embankment is a Thames riverfront residential development completed in 2020, boasting far reaching city views from its three stunning roof terraces. Some amenities, to name a few, include tenpin bowling, a pool and hot tub, private cinema, underground parking, gym, spa and an infinity pool located in the corniche.

The Raaft Substructure System creates a simple, smart and efficient platform on which the rest of the terrace can be safely built with ease. The combination of fully adjustable pedestals and aluminium joists allows for a quick installation, easy levelling and complete design freedom with both decking and Atria porcelain tiles incorporated into the design. This project included a range of bespoke Perimeta planters which integrated with the Raaft substructure for a seamless build that was finished with beautiful bespoke benches and a number of accessories.
